The US state of Washington has taken a step towards
the abolition of donor anonymity in IVF clinics. Donors now have to present
identifying information and their medical history. Most fertility clinics

patients. But now donor-conceived children will be able to access some

turn 18. However, they still will not be able to contact the donor unless he
agrees. ~ BioNews,
